Part I: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Town Hall - Join nonprofit arts and culture leaders as we welcome Clara Miller, President and CEO of the Nonprofit Finance Fund, who will share her transformational ideas about nonprofit capitalization and financial management. Selected by Nonprofit Times as one of the 50 most influential leaders in the sector, Clara’s concepts about nonprofit capitalization and enterprise finance are changing the practices of both nonprofits and funders. Open to all.

Part II: 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Experience Music Project Learning Labs - Join Clara Miller for a special funders lunch and workshop where we will discuss how to develop and use financial information to make decisions while meeting your goals and priorities. Cash flow planning, program profitability assessments and scenario planning will be discussed. Using case studies, we will also explore what it means for nonprofits to raise reliable, routine revenue to cover the full costs of doing business while pursuing change and innovation. Space is limited.
