If you need copies of IRS 990-PF returns for a particular foundation, contact the Internal Revenue Service at 1-800-829-3676 and request form 4506. You may also download this form from the IRS web site at www.irs.ustreas.gov. The cost for a copy of each return is free for the first 100 pages and $.20 per page after that. There is no charge to inspect a return at an IRS office. You may inspect returns at any IRS district office or at the IRS National Office in Washington, D.C.

NOTE: Corporate giving programs that are not organized as separate foundations do not file IRS Form 990-PF returns. Information about corporate giving programs can be gathered in the business section of your local library and from your chamber of commerce or other business organizations.
