The Philanthropy Northwest Aging Affinity Group met on March 29, 2006 to discuss “How Social & Health Disparities Affect Older Adults.”

The discussion was led by Aging Affinity Group steering committee members: Karen Lewis, Aging Initiative Director, Comprehensive Health Education Foundation; Diane Oakes, Program Officer, Washington Dental Service Foundation; Pam Piering, Director, Aging and Disability Services/HSD; Lorna Stone, Vice-President, Washington Health Foundation; and Linda Sue Woodall, Community Impact Manager, United Way of King County.
